Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the device in its original Hollyland packaging, including all transmitters, receivers, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
